Too easy

I make apophysis images myself (my account page has a couple). Thing is, they are too easy to make-- and soon enough the art portal will get flooded with apophysis images. I think it's better that people submit art they draw or construct, as opposed to submitting art that a program (for the most part) generates.

Well...

There's a big difference between being inspired by a work of art and copying that work of art. This is nearly an exact replica of the original. The execution was fine, but maybe you could've made things interesting by not doing the same exact thing.
